"I called seeking information with regards to what I needed to do to have this device installed. I needed to calculate the financial costs to get my life back on track legally.
The person who answered not only provided that information. As well as applying a deep waiver to get me enrolled that day. Now I understand that in the long run, I will be a customer for 3 years. So the company will certainly get it back.
However, it provided me with the option, a CHOICE, to either get started right dang now.... Or put it off another several years until I get dragged out of my car in front of my baby again. Or COMMIT to the choice I make.
