Malibu DUI Checkpoint

There will be a DUI Checkpoint in Malibu this evening from 7pm to 3am tomorrow morning. The exact location is not currently known, but we will update this post if we find out where the DUI checkpoint will occur. If you find yourself in the DUI checkpoint line, it is important that you see it through, and not try to turn and run. There are generally several officers placed in the surrounding area to catch any potentially dangerous drivers who are trying to flee.

DUI checkpoints have been used in the state of California to help stop drunk driving, and they are proving to be pretty effective. If you are going out tonight, make sure you drive safe and do not drink and drive. Authorities will be out in search of any potential drunk drivers.
