• Two forms of ID. One needs to be a photo ID.

• Vehicle registration. You will need access to a legally registered and tagged vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance. Maryland may require special auto-insurance for a DUI/DWI arrest or conviction, such as SR-22.

• Payment for installation and any applicable fees.
