Halloween DUI Checkpoint in San Diego

There will be a DUI checkpoint in San Diego County this evening for Halloween. The checkpoint will take place at the College Ave and Hardy Ave intersection this evening from 9pm to 3am. To avoid getting a DUI this evening you should appoint a designated driver, or take a taxi this evening. Getting home safely should be your number one priority this evening, and the rest of the weekend. DUI checkpoints in California have been utilized for years and have proven to be very effective. They remove drunk and unsafe drivers from the road. DUI checkpoints also alert other drivers that there will be police officers, and that usually encourages drivers to be safe and either not drink and drive, or to take a taxi home.
