Standard Protect Plan Lease

$125 per occurrence

limit for services provided through Encore Protect’s network and subject to other limitations

* The services described above are subject to a $125 limit per occurrence as long as the service is provided through Encore Protection’s network. Only one (1) occurrence every seventy-two (72) hours will be accepted. Only five (5) occurrences will be covered within a twelve (12) month period.

With Standard Protect Roadside Assistance, you have access to:

Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the Covered Vehicle will be towed to the location of choice up to Fifteen (15) miles from the disablement site. You will be responsible for paying the extra cost of towing the disabled Covered Vehicle further than Fifteen (15) miles from the disablement site
Flat Tire Assistance – Service consists of the removal of the Covered Vehicle’s flat tire and its replacement with the spare tire located with the Covered Vehicle
Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered if the Covered Vehicle is in immediate need. You must pay for the fuel or other fluid when it is delivered
Key Lock-out Assistance – If your keys are locked inside the Covered Vehicle, assistance will be provided to gain entry into the Covered Vehicle
Battery Assistance – If battery failure occurs, a jump start will be provided to start your Covered Vehicle
Mobile Mechanic Service – Mobile Mechanic Service is available for the Covered Vehicle in lieu of towing, if the disablement can be resolved roadside. You must pay for any mileage, parts and labor
Extrication and Winching –Provides assistance in extricating the Covered Vehicle when stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area when such location is within 50 yards of a paved road or highway. The service does not cover extrications when driving a vehicle off-road or on unpaved roads
24/7 Assistance – Emergency roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-492-0398

All emergency roadside assistance benefits apply to unavoidable circumstances and do not include Ignition Interlock Device lockout [1] and certain other circumstances. In the event of an Ignition Interlock Device lockout, please complete the Unlock Code form for assistance.

Coverage is available the next business day after your first lease payment

Up to a per occurrence reimbursement limit of $75 if service is not obtainable through Encore Protection’s Network. This is subject to calling Encore Protection’s dispatch center for authorization to obtain independent services before any service is rendered.

Upgrade

Upgrades are only available for customers who have the Standard Plan Lease in the states where the company sells Standard Protect Plan Lease

You will receive an email shortly from DocuSign with next steps to sign your lease. You must execute your lease to activate your benefits. To expedite your roadside coverage, please call ‭(844) 714-2340‬

After signing, your Standard Protect Plan Lease fee will be reflected in your next statement and emergency roadside assistance coverage begins 72 hours after payment. After 30 days of non-payment, your coverage could be downgraded. If the event of a downgrade, you will no longer be eligible for Standard Protect Plan Lease.
