- Had a breath alcohol concentration (BAC) level of .08 or higher.
- Refused a breath or chemical test.
- Are guilty of subsequent DUI traffic offense during period of restricted license.
*You will be responsible for all costs and installation services for the IID, and bring your vehicle in for regular monitoring and service. You will be required to attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS) class and may be required to complete court ordered treatment.
