According to Missouri law, individuals convicted of a second or subsequent intoxication-related traffic offense must install an Ignition Interlock Device on any vehicle operated by individuals with multiple intoxication-related traffic charges on their record as a condition of the limited driving privileges. It’s important to note that in addition to these driver licensing requirements, a court may impose additional conditions. Also, for a first intoxication-related traffic offense, the use of an IID may be mandated.
