How to Be In and Out of Your Ignition Interlock Removal Appointment Fast

Want to escalate the time it takes to remove your Ignition Interlock? Bringing your required paperwork with you to your removal appointment will do just that! In some states, however, you may need to fax or send your vendor the applicable paperwork before your removal appointment. In any case, if the proper steps are taken, you’ll be in and out of your Ignition Interlock removal appointment in no time.

To complete your program requirements and reinstate your unrestricted driver’s license, we need authorization from your Ignition Interlock State Authority to remove your device. In some states, you will most likely receive a notice from your court to remove your Ignition Interlock in the mail. In other states, the DMV or state office will send you a removal notice. Make sure to take this notice and your driver’s license (if applicable) to your removal appointment.
